Before every show, I line up all the goods and take a picture. Then after the show I mark off the ones that sold. Pretty scientific inventory system, I know. Here's the current lot that I'll be bringing with me next weekend. I'll also have a 'sale' bin, which will have some of my older bags at DEEP discounts! I found the little wire bin at a garage sale for 50 cents (woohoo!) and whipped up a little sale sign for it - made out of fabric scraps, of course. Pretty cute, I must say.
